Special Features: Aptus seals are extruded TPEs. This material combines the flexibility of a thermoplastic with the functional performance and properties of a conventional thermoset rubber. Dual Durometer compression seal with a reach of .305"(7.7mm) for mounting distances of .15" to .24". Backing width of .187"(4.8mm). TPE bulb composition is an alternative to textile products in adverse environments.
Other Information: T-Slot Width 0.210" (5.3mm) T-Slot Depth 0.050" (1.3mm) Flexible bulb acts as a mechanical seal with little resistance. Conforms to the shape of the sealing surface better than a rigid part.
