FENESTRATION TEST LAB
The Fenestration Test Lab performs a variety of tests on windows and doors. A no-charge, value-added service to our customers, the lab conducts pre-certification air and water testing, and design analysis.
We will test products which incorporate any weather seals, then re-test the products using SCHLEGEL weather seals to determine best possible performance.
Pretesting can save customers both time and money, because certification test labs typically charge up to $3,000 per window or door test regardless of whether the product passes or fails.
The Fenestration Test Lab supports a wide range of testing programs based on test procedures, specifications, standards, and methods published by industry trade and professional organizations.
