Schlegel provide Fin-Seal and Aquamac 21 weather seals for Heritage Buildings

Cedar West have supplied stunning timber joinery and mouldings for a large number of high calibre award-winning projects.  They are Perth's leading supplier of timber joinery and mouldings.  They won the contract to replace all the windows and doors for the refurbishment of Perth's Old Treasury Buildings.

The heritage listed buildings are situated on one of the most important, iconic sites in Western Australia, and have a rich history dating back to 1889.

The old treasury buildings underwent a complete restoration to return them to their original grandeur.  The interior is pristine, using the original architecture and breathtaking window features from before the turn of the century.  It has transformed into a luxury hotel with boutiques and hospitality.   Located in a busy city, it was crucial that acoustics were notch above for paying clientele.

Schlegel were Cedar West's first choice to supply seals to more than 400 double hung windows and numerous door sets because of their superior acoustic, weather, thermal, dust and light prevention.  Schlegel products are world leading, energy efficient and long lasting.
