Schlegel and its Trademarks

Schlegel has built up a significant reputation over many years for its top quality door and window profile seals sold inter alia under its registered Community Trade Marks for 'SCHLEGEL', 'AQUAMAC' and 'Q-LON' and its 'RED Square' Logo Trade Mark and jealously guards its reputation.

Schlegel is aware of cheaper profile seals which are available in the European Community which are inferior because the insert does not bond to the foam leading to the foam sections working away over time from the retaining pocket in the door/window profile and because comparative industry compression set tests show higher percentages indicating that the foam is of lower quality.
