Lozaron (LF)(LP)(LT)(LV)
Lozaron seals consist of a range of TPE, foamed TPE, polypropylene, EPDM and PVC-U profiles.
- Lozaron TPE extrusions with flexible microcell foam (LF).
- Lozaron TPE extruded profile without foam (LT).
- Polypropylene (LP) and PVC-U (LV) extrusions.
Standard and additional colour options
Schlegel extruded seals are available in a wide range of standard colours including white and black, with additional colours available to order. UV-stable pigmentation ensures colour fastness throughout the life of the seal, with no degradation under prolonged sunlight exposure. Contact our team for a full colour chart.

Our seal ranges: Q-LON, brush pile and extruded
Q-LON is Schlegel's polyurethane foam gasket, made with a special foam core and weather-resistant polyethylene liner, available for timber, aluminium and uPVC frames. Q-LON Fire Retardant profiles are classified to EN 13501-1 Class E. Brush pile seals, made from polypropylene with optional silicone treatment, seal against moving elements and uneven surfaces. The extruded seal range combines TPE, foamed TPE, polypropylene and silicone profiles for fenestration, window covering and industrial applications.
Durability from proven materials
TPE, EPDM and polypropylene profiles are chosen for their resistance to UV radiation, ozone exposure and temperature extremes. The result is a seal that does not crack, harden or degrade prematurely, keeping windows and doors performing correctly across their full service life.
Certified to BS EN 12365
Schlegel extruded seals are TFI-certified to BS EN 12365 and comply with EN 12365-1:2003, the European standard governing the performance of gaskets and weatherstripping in windows, doors, shutters and curtain walling. Full classification data and declarations of performance are available on request.
10-year guarantee as standard
Every Schlegel extruded seal carries a 10-year product guarantee covering manufacturing defects under normal installation and usage conditions. This applies to the full Lozaron range when installed in accordance with Schlegel's published technical guidance.
Accredited manufacturing, consistent quality
Schlegel holds ISO 9001 quality management accreditation alongside KOMO and TCSA certifications. Products are manufactured in the UK, with strict material inspection at every stage of production to ensure dimensional accuracy and consistent seal performance across every batch

Schlegel extruded seals are widely used as replacement window and door seals where a tight compression barrier is needed to restore draught, water and dust performance. The replacement market requires immediate availability and the ability to buy in relatively small quantities. Lozaron extruded seals are engineered for aluminium, uPVC and timber windows and doors. Manufactured from premium TPE and EPDM, they deliver precise fit, excellent weather resistance and low closing forces across kerf and surface-mount applications. Selected profiles support corner welding, while Poly-Bond brush pile options provide reliable sealing for sliding systems and demanding glazing specifications.
